Rashmi’s story is that of grit and ambition. Even though she belonged to a humble family and was brought up by a single mother, Rashmi clung to her dreams. These dreams inspired her to dive deep into the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and conduct research under notable guides. As a young girl, she believed that women have the power to change the tech world and solve the toughest problems with the creative insight that most of them possess.

At the point when this Delhi girl wanted to join Plaksha, to fulfil her dream, giving up a well-paying job was not an easy decision. However, thanks to the Plaksha Founders who identified the spark in her and offered financial support in the form of a scholarship, she could courageously take the plunge.

She attributes her success to her mentors and professors at TLF and states that the interdisciplinary curriculum that focusses on holistic development largely contributed to her getting an opportunity to participate in a Silicon Valley Internship Program.

Going forward, Rashmi wishes to break the glass ceiling that exists in the society by including women who are passionate about tech in her future entrepreneurial endeavour.
